Under Swedish law applies two weeks of money Back guarantee on the internet purchase. This is NOT included jewelry with your OWN TEXT. All jewelry is handmade and stamped by hand by me. Small deviations may occur when the text is hand stamped!
Do you regret your purchase of jewelry without text, send the unused product to us within 2 weeks along with a receipt and email us first. Return shipping you pay. The product must be packed in the same way as you receive it and unused. When I get back the product I'm putting back money on your account.

If something is wrong with the product, we stand for the shipping. The complaint shall be made within a reasonable time from the time the DEFECT was discovered. Normal wear does not count as a reason for complaint.
